The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•  Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;

•  Any item that is not in its original packaging, or whose original packaging has been altered;

•  Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing its original tags;

•  Used, worn, altered, personalized or laundered items;

•  Closeout and bargain items;

•  Customized items.

Request for return or exchange:

All requests for returns must be received within 15 days of the original date of invoice in order to receive a replacement or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] . A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided by our customer service department. Jenaqua Swimwear and will not accept returns without prior authorization. Merchandise returned without an Jenaqua Swimwear or Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be processed.

All returns or exchanges must be sent to our location at: 95-1016 Auina Street, Mililani, HI 96789. Please write the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on or near the address label. All returns must be shipped prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. Protect yourself from loss by insuring packages sent to our location.

New, unused merchandise returned with authorization within 30 days of our original shipment may be subject to a 10% handling and restocking charge. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The restocking fee does not apply to defective items.

Exchanged merchandise is subject to shipping and handling charges. Allow 2-3 weeks after our receipt of the returned goods for processing returns & exchanges.


Health department regulations require that swimsuits be tried on over undergarments.
